CANCELLATIONS
Please read the important information below regarding cancellations.
Fishing, kayaking and trips
- Trips can be cancelled for no charge no later than 14 days before the trip date. If your deposit payment has been taken online or via credit card then a 4% fee will be charged.
- You will be charged the deposit of $50 if cancelling between 3-14 days before the scheduled trip.
- Cancellations under 3 days will incur a 90% charge.
If the NOAH weather forecast is calling for a more than 50% chance of rain you have a choice of re-scheduling or to continue with your trip.
If the NOAH weather forecast is calling for 2 foot or more waves then your trip will be re-scheduled.
In the event the weather causes a cancellation you will be issued a credit to re-schedule your trip for another date.
